Privacy notice
This notice explains what data AISTRAEN receives through this website, what it is used for, who it is shared with and how you can exercise your rights, under Costa Rica's Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of their Personal Data.

Data we process
The form receives your name, company, work email, role, message and evidence of the checkboxes you select. The server may also retain the landing path, referrer domain, UTMs and click identifiers such as GCLID in first-party cookies, even before analytics is authorized. This attribution is linked to your inquiry only when you accept the notice and submit the form. We do not request passwords, credentials, financial information or sensitive personal data.
Separate purposes and choices
The required checkbox allows us to respond to and follow up on the request you initiated. The other two checkboxes are optional and separate. Commercial: only if you check it will we send you commercial communications. Ad measurement: only if you check it will we share with Google Ads the identifier of the ad you came from (GCLID) and the date of your request, to measure our campaign performance. Leaving them unchecked does not affect how we handle your request.
Cookies and measurement
Functional cookies store language and consent preferences. First-party, HttpOnly attribution cookies without contact details retain first and last source for up to 90 days, subject to a pending legal classification review. Google Tag Manager and GA4 remain blocked until analytics consent; we do not send GCLID or form contents to GA4. You can accept, reject, or select analytics and marketing separately, and change your choice in the footer. Consent preferences are retained for up to 180 days and language preference for up to 12 months.
Providers and transfers
Inquiries are stored in an AISTRAEN internal inbox (database hosted on Neon) until the integration with our own CRM is completed. We use Vercel and Cloudflare for hosting, delivery and security, including Cloudflare Turnstile verification against automated submissions, and Google Analytics only for authorized measurement, not to store form responses. When we receive your inquiry we send you a confirmation email, and the team receives an internal notice without personal data. Only if you check the ad measurement box do we share with Google Ads (Google LLC, United States) the GCLID and the date of your request; never your name, email, company or message. These providers may process data outside Costa Rica, mainly in the United States; by checking each box you authorize the corresponding transfer.
Retention and security
Under our operating rule, requests are reviewed for deletion or anonymization 24 months after the last useful interaction. Suppression records and consent evidence are retained as needed to honor preferences and demonstrate compliance. Controls include restricted access, encryption in transit, minimization and traceability.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, updating, deletion or withdrawal of any of your consents by writing to [email protected]. The request is free of charge and is handled within five business days. If you withdraw the ad measurement authorization, we stop sharing your identifier in future uploads. You may also contact Costa Rica's data protection agency (PRODHAB).
